The IPTO in the University of Neuchâtel is composed of three ordinary professors. It is the only university in the French-speaking part of Switzerland which offers specialisation in work and organizational psychology.

Teachers have a great deal of experience and unique expertise in the French-speaking part of Switzerland in interactions at work.

Their research activities focus on collaboration, communication, recruitment, selection, working groups, diffusion of innovations, relationships between superiors and subordinates and leadership.
