Contact the Academic Advisor for personalized information about your curriculum and the conditions.
Find out about the requirements of the host university (form, study contract, recommendation letter, motivation letter, language requirements, academic transcripts, course descriptives...)
Make arrangements to satisfy the requirements.
Contact the Academic Advisor to draw up a temporary study contract. A definitive version will be drawn up when you receive confirmation of your acceptance. The validation of your study contract will facilitate the recognition of the credits obtained when you come back.
Return your application to the Mobility office on time.
Your study contract must be validated by the Academic Advisor and you must confirm your departure to the Mobility office.
Undertake the administrative steps (visa, transport, accomodation...) and contact the person responsible in the host University for the arrangements concerning your arrival.
Register for the courses in the host university.
You can ask for changes in your study contract by means of the ad hoc form.
The Academic Advisor must approve the modifications.
Transmit your academic transcript to the Mobility office and the Academic Advisor.
Check in your transcript that your grades and qualifications are recognised.
