Faculty of Science

The Faculty of Science has recently strengthened its positions and visibility in its fields of excellence. It is more attractive than ever, as regards both teaching and research.

In the past years, the Faculty has demonstrated the excellent level of its fundamental or applied research : the evidence can be found in the number of its publications in reputed international journals, of its research projets in place or underway, and the substantial number of doctorates that have been awarded.

The Faculty offers relevant curriculums; it aims to ensure optimum student supervision conditions and takes the necessary steps so as to maintain a high quality of teaching.

These measures have proved to be effective: the faculty is attracting increasing numbers of students both in its general Bachelor programmes and its highly specialized Master programmes, which are in tune with the needs of modern-day society.
